TRSV observes Deeksha Diwas

Telangana Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi (TRSV) observed Deeksha Diwas at Telangana Chowk here on Sunday, to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the arrest of party chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on November 29, 2009 during his deeksha for a separate State.
Karimnagar: Telangana Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi (TRSV) observed Deeksha Diwas at Telangana Chowk here on Sunday, to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the arrest of party chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on November 29, 2009 during his deeksha for a separate State.
To mark the occasion, TRSV students observed a day-long Deeksha here on Sunday.
KCR was arrested at Alugunur on the outskirts of Karimnagar, who was on his way to Medak and shifted him to Khammam jail.
Later, he was shifted to NIMS hospital at Hyderabad where he continued his hunger strike.
