Governor Narasimhan lauds Telangana as the most favored investment destination
Governor ESL Narasimhan on Thursday addressed the joint session of both Houses of Legislature to launch the Budget session and stated that the Telangana state that was formed after a lot of sacrifice, is emerging as a most favored investment destination in the country.

Narasimhan said the state government's industry-friendly policies along with the vision for development such as iPass and single window license systems are pulling in industrialists worldwide.
The Governor stated that policies such as Shaadi Mubarak, Kalyana Lakhsmi, Indra Danush, Safety and security measures in Hyderabad with SHE teams and one lakh CCTV cameras installed across the city has built more expectations from the government. Lauding Telangana's recent MoU with Maharashtra over sharing of Godavari waters, Governor Narasimhan said that with the help of Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha, one crore acres of farm lands will be provided irrigation water in the future.
