The State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR) on Wednesday issued summons to the District Superintendent of Police and District Educational Officer over  the suspicious death of tenth class student Bila Srikar at Vijay High School in Armoor. 

Nizamabad: The State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR) on Wednesday issued summons to the District Superintendent of Police and District Educational Officer over the suspicious death of tenth class student Bila Srikar at Vijay High School in Armoor.

The Commission directed SP and DEO to conduct an inquiry into the death of Srikar and submit a report to the commission by the 25th of March. SCPCR Member Achyuta Rao, issued the orders to the SP and DEO on the complaint of Students Federation of India (SFI) district president Mohan Babu and general secretary Raghu Ram Naik.

In their complaint, the students of SFI stated that on the suspicious death of Srikar, their parents complained to all the district authorities like SP, Collector, RDO and other officials, but they did not responded on the issue and failed to take action against the culprits.
