A two judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice P Naveen Rao on Monday adjourned by a week a petition on the question of exploitation of private schools. The bench was dealing with a petition filed by Hyderabad School Parents Association complaining that the private schools were charging exorbitant fees and the officers concerned were not acting. The government informed the bench that it had issued notices to two schools in violation of the guidelines laid down by the government.
