The Met department officials informed that the heat wave conditions will be continuing to prevail in some regions of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar and Khammam with Ramagundam recording the highest temperature between 43-46ºC. While the state witnessed rainfall in few places like Karimnagar and Adilabad, the IMD forecasts thunderstorms or hailstorms at a few places in the state on Wednesday.
