He participated in plantation programme at Chennaraopet police station, Lingagiri of Chennaraopet mandal and at Narsampet town on Monday.
Addressing a gathering on the occasion, he asked the village police officers (VPOs) to lend their part in planting the saplings. He wanted the rural police to play a key role and lead the plantation activities.
Narsampet DSP D Muralidhar, CI B Kishan, SIs Harikrishna and Venkat Goud, TRS leader P Sudarshan Reddy, an industrialist D Mohan Rao and others were present.
