​Mulug (Warangal): A plantation programme has taken place under the aegis of The Hans India-HMTV at Little Flower High School for orphans here on Thursday, as part of the ongoing Telangana Haritha Haram.

Mulug tahsildar Satyanarayana Rao, MPDO Vijay Swaroop, sub-registrar Md Taslima, circle inspector Srinivas Rao, HMTV staff reporter L Bala Kumar, video journalist Ch Subhash Reddy, cameraman S Ramraj and others attended the programme and planted saplings.

A rally was taken out on the occasion. Sharing their views, the students at the school said ‘We don’t know how the care of parents feels like but we would take care of the plants we planted as our children’.

Tahsildar Satyanarayana Rao addressing the gathering noted that it was each individual’s duty to plant at a few saplings in his life time also to take care of them. He appreciated the initiative by The Hans India-HMTV.

The school headmistress Jessy, local media persons G Devender, G Raju, K Jeevan Reddy, B Sathish, B Rammurthy, G Rajesh, M Sridhar, Shashidhar Reddy and others were present.
