​Hyderabad: The latest Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Union Railways compliance audit report July 2016 finds irregularities in several workshops in the country, which includes Lallaguda workshop.

The report said that no separate record indicating the details of coaches submitted for neutral examination after completion of POH activity, was maintained at Lallaguda workshop in the SCR.

The CAG said that it could not verify the repairs and rectifications attended by the Lallaguda workshop in audit as no records were furnished in support of their claims of repairs.

The report also found fault with Rayanapadu workshop. Computerised gate attendance system did not provide for identification of labour, leading to chances of swiping of multiple cards by one person as observed in Rayanapadu workshop, the report observed.
