The Nehru Zoological Park turned 53 on Thursday. Spread over 380 acres, the zoo is one of the biggest in the country. The zoo attracts close to 30 lakh visitors annually.
​Hyderabad: The Nehru Zoological Park turned 53 on Thursday. Spread over 380 acres, the zoo is one of the biggest in the country. The zoo attracts close to 30 lakh visitors annually.
The principal conservator of Forests (Wildlife) and Wildlife Warden Telangana, AK Srivastava were present during the celebrations at the premises on Thursday.
On the occasion, the battery operated vehicles were named as Owl, Cheetah and Tiger.
