A two-judge PIL bench of the High Court at Hyderabad, comprising acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice A. Shanker Narayan, granted three weeks’ time to the Telangana government and the civic authorities i.e., GHMC to respond to a writ petition for their failure to prevent encroachments of a public park at Banjara Hills in the city.
