Hyderabad: A two-day International School Fair, 2016, being organised by The Hans India, got off on a rousing note at Inorbit Mall here on Saturday.

The fair received an overwhelming response from parents and guardians as it helped them significantly in understanding the differing curriculum and diverse activities offered by major international schools in and around Hyderabad.

“Fairs like this are very important as they help us in choosing the best possible school for our children. Moreover, they are useful for working parents”, says Raghavi, employee of an MNC and parent of two primary school children.

“The timing and the place of the fair are perfect as many parents start enquiring about schools in December and as it is in Inorbit Mall, which is one of the best hangout places for families in the city. We received a good number of enquiries in one day,” says Bharathi Yadati, Coordinator, Rockwell International School. “It is really a good exposure for our school, although many know our school, they fail to reach us because of their tedious schedules. By such fairs, we can help the New Age parents to understand the exclusive aspects we provide to the students,” shares Pallavi, Administrative Officer, St Peter’s International School, Kompally, Hyderabad.

Appreciating the initiative taken by The Hans India and HMTV, Krishna Mohan, an investment banker from Manikonda, says “Education has become very competitive and costly these days; if you do not explore the best school for your kids, they might face a problem in facing the outside world. It is a great initiative by The Hans India and HMTV to bring these important schools to us.

St Peter’s International School, Rockwell International School, Oasis School, World One School, Jain Heritage The Cambridge School, Pallavi Model School and Delhi Public School are among the major schools that are participating in the fair.
