KCR’s family will meet same fate as AIADMK netas: Nagam
BJP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy on Tuesday alleged that the TRS government was involved in large-scale corruption and said the family of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao would face the same fate as of AIADMK leaders Shashikala and Dinakaran.
Hyderabad: BJP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy on Tuesday alleged that the TRS government was involved in large-scale corruption and said the family of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao would face the same fate as of AIADMK leaders Shashikala and Dinakaran.
Addressing a press conference, Nagam Janardhan Reddy said the people would disown Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and his family after coming to know about the corruption. “There is large-scale corruption in Mission Bhagiratha. The funds given by Centre are diverted into the scheme and are given to contractors. Your corruption will not allow you to come out of your houses after 2019 elections,” he said.
The BJP leader alleged that there was no internal democracy in TRS and also said there was an ad hoc government going on in Telangana. He said except for the family members of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao no other Ministers had powers to take a decision. He asked the other Ministers to come out of the cabinet and start another agitation.
Calling the 12 per cent reservation to Muslim as Tughlaq decision, Janardhan Reddy said the Chief Minister was doing injustice to BCs by bringing up reservations to Muslims. He said because of the 4 per cent reservations 33 seats in GHMC, which belonged to BCs, were given to Muslims.
He said the STs have to be given 4 per cent reservations as per the Constitution. Criticising KTR’s comment on place for BJP in Telangana, Janardhan Reddy referred the former as a child. He said the BJP had only 4 seats in Haryana, 5 seats in Assam but now the party is in power in these States. He said the BJP was a national party and has strong leadership.
