Harish reviews Kaleshwaram Project progress with officials

The Minister according to sources, instructed the officials to speed up land acquisition for the construction of Medigadda, Sundilla – Annaram barrages and pump houses under the project. He asked Peddapalli, Bhupalpalli and Mancheryal Collectors to review the progress in land acquisition every week and submit status report to him.
Harish told the Irrigation officials to take up electrical, mechanical and civil works at pump houses simultaneously in coordination with the Energy Department. Government plans to complete the Sundilla barrage works by June 2018, he said and added that he would review progress of works every fortnight.
