Kazipet: In a gesture, Rotary Club of Hanamkonda donated water purification plant to Bannu Neurohealth & Rehabilitation Centre at Dargah Kazipet on Monday.
Inaugurating the plant, Warangal West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar heaped praise on Rotary Club of Hanamkonda for its service motto. Speaking on the occasion, Telangana Vikalangula Cooperative Corporation Chairman K Vasudeva Reddy said that it has become a habit for the club to do something always for the welfare of poor and downtrodden sections. He hoped many more from the club.
Club president Rondla Narender Reddy said that they had so far donated 90 water plants to various needy institutions. The 250-liter capacity water plant would help the 150-odd inmates of the centre, he added.
