As much as 27% shares in the profit were distributed in one day to all workers of the company.
He said the company is giving importance to the welfare of workers providing 11 kinds of allowances to increase from the 30% to 100 percent in the company, he said. The Badhil workers who did their jobs under the scheme from December 2017 they were regularised to the general workers in the company, he added.
