Jouharpura nala diversion works to be completed soon

Yakuthpura: The nala coming from Bharat Nagar, Madannapet via Jouharpura which connects to Yakutpura nala has been given a diversion from Jouharpura to opp lane of Labbaik Hotel near Yakutpura Railway station road and reconnects to Yakutpura nala.
In a recent Inspection by Yakutpura MLA Mumtaz Ahmed Khan along with GHMC officials it was found that the flow of nala water was high during rainy season. Hence a diversion plan to nala from Jouharpura was sanctioned. The diversion would be given at opp lane of Labbaik Hotel near Yakutpura Railway station road and would be reconnected to Yakutpura Nala after 100 mtrs. A diversion is done by approximately 100 meters in length through which the water could flow free.
The work is being done under MLA funds with a sanctioned amount of Rs 20 lakh, said Syed Tahseen Hashmi, Assistant Engineer. As the diversion works are being carried out on a main road, the works would be carried on a fast pace so that there is no convenience caused to the commuters. The works would be completed by next week, Syed explained. Shaik Mujeeb Ur Rahman Ansari, AE Kurmaguda and Azeem Azad MIM leader also inspected the ongoing works.
