Bhongir: District Collector Anitha Ramachandran and Election Roll Observer (ERO) Anitha Raghavendran on Friday visited Aler tahsildhar office and examined claims and objections received during the summary revision of electoral rolls from September 10 to September 25.
As part of the programme, ERO Anitha Raghavendran visited the EVM storage godown in Bhongir and officials demonstrated the functioning of EVM, control unit and VVPAT to the observer.
The duo also visited Yadadri and had darshan of Lord Laxmi Narasimha Swamy at Balalayam. Priests of the temple welcomed the officials and blessed them after they had performed the special puja.
