Safety drive held for Metro Passengers

Malakpet: Police conducted a special awareness drive on the safety of Metro passengers at Malakpet Metro Station on Tuesday. G Nagaraju, additional inspector of police, along with S Chandra Sekhar Reddy, superintendent of police, and crime team, carried out surprise checking and frisking of passengers.

The police also explained the passengers that criminals target them in many ways like diverting their attention, pick pocketing, chain-snatching and eve teasing.

Wishing passengers a safe and happy journey, the police asked them to remain alert on suspicious activities and to keep an eye on their belongings.
