Madhapur DCP zone poll preparedness reviewed

Kukatpally: Cyberabad Commissionerate conducted a review meeting on elections for Madhapur DCP zone at JNTU on Sunday. Cyberabad Commissioner Sajjanar, who attended the meeting as chief guest, gave directions to police on the necessary measures to be taken during election time. He warned the police not to show any negligence while performing their election duties.
He said that there are 300 polling centres and 900 polling booths in the six constituencies under Madhapur DCP zone. He instructed police officials to focus more on those polling centres which are identified as problematic. He advised them to take all the necessary measures to prevent illegal transfer of money and liquor and distribution of money.
