Shamshabad: Rangareddy District Collector and District Election Officer Lokesh Kumar said that the counting of votes in eight constituencies of the district would be taken up at a single centre, at Palamakula BC Residential School in Shamshabad mandal. He was speaking during his visit to the school, along with EC-appointed general election poll observers of various constituencies, to review the arrangements made for counting of votes on Wednesday.
Collector and poll observers inspected the center, store room of EVMs and parking place. brahimpatnam constituency general elections poll observer ST Abru, LB Nagar-Maheshwaram general poll observer Rabindranath Roy, Rajendra Nagar-Serilingampally general poll observer Dr D Jagannath, Chevella observer Vijay Kumar Dhruv, Shadnagar observer Mahendra Soni, Joint Collector Harish, Shamshabad DCP and others were present.
