Alok Awasthi, general observer for Uppal and Medchal Assembly constituencies, visited the polling stations located in Uppal and Ramanthapur areas He has taken the stock of the situation and reviewed with officials about the basic amenities at polling stations, such as construction of ramps, drinking water and model polling stations

The general observer visited polling stations at Hyderabad Public School, Prashanth Nagar Community Hall, Kakatiya School, Chilkanagar and Sathyanagar Community Hall in Uppal constituency. Later in the evening, he held a meeting with the returning officer, of Uppal constituency, along with electoral officers and sectoral officers and guided them to follow the basic guidelines issued by the Election Commission of India and to discharge their election duties for conducting free and fair elections.
