Jeedimetla: The Mee Seva centre here is allegedly charging Rs 150 each for smart voter ID card and Rs 80 each for giving printouts, even as special ID cards are being issued to the visually challenged in Braille lipi. There are as many as 5,16,180 voters in Quthbullapur constituency. Of them 275,025 are men. There are only 91 transgenders under the others category.
