This kind of creation of an artificial rainforest area is first of its kind experiment in Telangana replicating the regions of rainforest areas in Kerala and North-eastern region. While informing about the launch during a press conference, the District Collector said that they have handed over the project to ‘Heart fullness Organization’.

“The entire eight-and-a-half acres of area has been handed over to the Heart fullness Organisation, wherein it is bestowed with the responsibility of installing water guns to create natural rainfall atmosphere artificially mimicking the environments of evergreen rainforest regions. The region has a temperature difference of 4-5 degrees and it will be a wonderful experience for the visitors.

The District Collector said that this forest region will be fully developed into a full-fledged rain forest in the next 2-3 years where in the entire region will be full of tall ever green trees. It is also said that these trees in turn will automatically create a permanent rainforest region in the area.

The Collector further informed that the entire rain forest region was also built with five ponds and an artificial waterfall, wherein the surface water that comes from the waterfall will fill the ponds and in turn the same water will be recycled to recreate the waterfall.

The authorities have also established 50 tents in the area for visitors to camp. The authorities also provide advance booking facilities for the interested customers who wish to spend their time at the park.
