Dubbak: Demanding resolution for several problems, Anganwadi workers staged a dharna in front of ICDS office and submitted a memorandum to CDPO Sandya Rani here on Thursday. Telangana Anganwadi workers & helpers union state president Padma accused state government for failing to pay pending wages to the workers.
She informed that the central government has increased wages in October 2018 and directed state governments to implement hiked wages. Anganwadi union district president Lakshmi, CITU district assistant secretary G Bhakser, Anganwadi leaders Padma, Vijaya, Rama, Chandrakala, Saraswati, Anita, Kavita and others were present.
