Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Chief Minister Office Special Secretary Smitha Sabarwal inspected Mission Bhagiratha works and instructed the engineers and other staff to complete the works as per schedule to provide clean drinking water to every household in the district.

On Friday, she visited Ada Project in Koram Bheem Asifabad district and expressed dissatisfaction over progress of the works. At the same time, she warned officials of serious action if they fail to complete the works in time.

She faulted the officials for not fixing gate and compound wall and pending works. Sabarwal also asked the officials to maintain quality works.
The special secretary advised officials to put in all efforts to complete the task in time to provide water by March last week as per the directions of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

She said through Intra-vigil Grid 1,07,595 households were given connections under Mission Bhagiratha so far. And for 903 habitations, 169 household connections are remaining.

District Joint Collector V.Rambabu SE Krupakar Reddy, Chief Engineer Jagan Mohan Reddy, SE BC Vignankumar and RWS EE Venkat Ramana, Intra Vijil EE Krishna Murthy, RDO Sidam Dttu And others were present.
