Sadguru Sevalal birth anniversary celebrated

Tandur: Local MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy said he would strive for development of tribal, addressing a gathering after participating in Sadguru Sevalal’s 280th birth anniversary celebrations here on Friday.

The MLA paid rich tributes to Sadguru after garlanding his portrait. Rohith said that Sevalal’s life was an inspiration to all and stressed that there was need of introducing his teachings and preachings in school curriculum. He said he would raise a question in Assembly on declaring a holiday on Selvalal’s birthday.

Later, Tribal Union leaders felicitated Rohith Reddy. Municipal Chairperson Sunitha, RDO Venu Madhav, MRO Tulasi Ram, leaders Dara Singh, Vasu Nayak and others were present.
