PD Act invoked against property offender
The Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar on Sunday invoked PD Act against a notorious property offender Shaik Sharukh 24, resident of Dabeerpura
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar on Sunday invoked PD Act against a notorious property offender Shaik Sharukh (24), resident of Dabeerpura.
The accused was addicted to bad vices and to meet his expenses, he decided to commit thefts along with his associate Mohammed Mazher. They used to target locked houses, broke open them and enter houses and committed theft of gold, silver ornaments, cell phones and cash.
The offender Sharukh has involved in 7 cases during 2018 under the limits of Rajendranagar and Mailardevpally Police Stations of Cyberabad. Rajendranagar Police arrested them and recovered about 13 tolas gold, 7 tolas silver ornaments and 2 cell phones from their possession and remanded to Judicial custody.
After releasing from Jail, the accused again committed three similar property offences in January 2019. He was again arrested and remanded to Judicial custody.
