Jute bags distributed to residents

Hastinapuram: Corporator Ramavath Padma Srinu Naik distributed jute bags to the residents and shop owners at Anupama Nagar, Hastinapuram South colony and RKR Enclave in the division on Sunday. She advised them to use the bags to dispose dry waste in their premises. Padma also advised them to hand over the bags with waste to workers of Swachh autos. She appealed to them to maintain cleanliness in the division to protect the environment. The corporator appreciated the people’s active participation in the recently held Swachh Survekshan-2019 in the division. She also lauded the services of sanitation workers in the Swachh Survekshan-2019 programme. Padma said that the Hastinapuram has been witnessing development and welfare activities under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and TRS working president KT Rama Rao. She also thanked GHMC mayor Bonthu Rammohan and the officials concerned for the in time release of funds. Swachh Dhoots Renuka, Bhavani, Indra, and Kavitha, TRS leaders Sayeed Pasha, Ravinder Reddy and Dhana Raj were present.
