It seems that Vi, formerly known as Vodafone Idea, is feeling generous these days. The company offers an additional 50GB of data for select subscribers of its ₹ 1,499 prepaid plan.
Those who are not aware, the Vodafone Idea ₹ 1,499 offers 24GB of data along with a 365-day validity. On top of that, users get unlimited local and national calls to all networks, 3,600 local and national SMS, and access to movies and Vi TV. Now the company offers something more.
According to a report from OnlyTech, Vi offers an additional 50GB of data to prepaid subscribers who opt for the ₹ 1,499 plan. This means that subscribers who opt for this plan will now get 74 GB of data instead of 24 GB data.
However, this plan is only available to some Vodafone Idea subscribers through the Vi app. Some Twitter users also reported receiving a message from the company regarding this offer. As of now, this plan is only available to Delhi circle users. It appears to be available for a limited period as an "Additional Data Offer".
