Twitter Down Across the Globe: Affects Tweets, Notifications and Images
Both Twitter and TweetDeck have been behaving unpredictably today.

Both Twitter and its social media dashboard application — TweetDeck — have been acting unpredictably today. This morning, TweetDeck logged out many users from the app, and when they tried to sign in, it took them to the Twitter homepage. Anyhow, Twitter was working for sending out tweets.
We've been experiencing outages across Twitter and TweetDeck. You might have had trouble Tweeting, getting notifications, or viewing DMs. We're currently working on a fix, and should be back to normal soon.

A few minutes back, Twitter and TweetDeck aren't allowing any tweets to go through. The Twitter app has been troubling on iOS and Android smartphone as well, and tweets weren't working on the mobile app as well.
Twitter has also acknowledged the issue saying, it is already working on to fix and that the apps should be back soon.
