4-year-old baby rescued by Gowliguda fire safety sleuths

The Gowliguda fire safety sleuths on Sunday rescued a 4 year old baby who fell into the tap water's open manwhole.

After getting the information about the incident, they rushed to the spot and rescued the baby and later handed over to her parents.
