5 Bangladeshi nationals held in Sangareddy for illegal stay

Five Bangladeshi nationals have been arrested by Patancheru police on Friday for staying illegally in the district.

The arrested identified as Mohammad Babu (22), Mohammad Repon (25), Gulam Hassan (40), MD Saiful Islam (24), and MD Saidul Qureshi (29) had no passports but obtained Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and Voter IDs.

They were caught by the police while working at a slaughterhouse in Rudradram village of Patancheru mandal. According to the police, the Bangladeshi nationals were staying at Eppalagadda Tanda and some of them had also got married to local women.

The arrested had entered India with the help of MD Saleem and MD Islam through West Bengal who also helped many others to enter India for employment.
