Addressing a joint media conference here along with party's Mahbubnagar candidates for the Lok Sabha elections D K Aruna, he said Modi would also address an election meeting in Hyderabad. Dates for the same would be decided later.
Similarly, party chief Amit Shah would address six election meetings in the State. Apart from him, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari would also address public meetings in the State. There would be a public meeting in every Lok Sabha constituency, he added.
Responding to Chief Minister K Chandrashekara Rao's statements at the TRS Karimangar election meeting, Laxman said crores of Hindus in the country wanted construction of the Ram temple at Ayodhya.
"As a political party, we have taken a stand in accordance with the wishes of the people. Intervention of Swamijis, the process in the courts and discussions go on. But, what is the TRS stand as a political party in response to the wishes of the people, he questioned.
Similarly, the BJP leader also took exception citing a speech reportedly made by TRS MP K Kavitha in the Lok Sabha, he said, "her speech reflects as if Jammu and Kashmir had been forcefully integrated into the country."
It was against this backdrop that the party wanted to know the stand of the TRS its chief, whether it has any stand on such national issues or it is confined only to the issues relating to Telangana State, he asked.
Aruna said there is no future for the Congress in Telangana State. It had failed in fulfilling its role as an opposition party. She alleged that some leaders in the State Congress were resorting to match-fixing with the TRS and not fighting against its dictatorial and unilateral rule.
"They are letting down Congress in Telangana State and failing people's trust reposed in them," she said.
It was against this backdrop, Aruna said, she had decided to join the BJP as it has emerged as a strong force across the nation under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
She said BJP would be the only alternative to the TRS in Telangana State to fight against the TRS misrule and discrimination towards backward areas in the State. She said development is confined only to the Assembly constituencies of Gajwel, Sircilla and Siddipet.
In case of all other areas, he wanted to get away by playing vote bank politics by distributing pensions, welfare schemes and distributing money from the State government treasury under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme (RBS) ahead of the State Assembly elections, she pointed out.
Neither the Ministers, official machinery nor the opposition Congress is able to question KCR's unilateral decisions, Aruna said.
