Bhadrachalam: Due to State Bandh very few devotees could visit the Lord Rama temple in Bhadrachalam on Saturday. All the queue lines were empty as only locals and devotees from Andhra Pradesh state could visit the temple and offer special pujas. Only few couples attended the celestial wedding programme in the temple.

During the normal days on weekends, the temple premises tees with devotees who have to wait for hours to have darshan of the presiding deities. But on Saturday, due to unavailability of bus facility because of the State bandh, the devotees could not reach the temple.

And this has been the scene ever since the RTC strike has begun, said the temple officials. The temple income also suffered due to the RTC strike, they added.
