Bellaiah Naik, Venugopal Rao appointed AICC observers

Hyderabad: AICC chief Mallikarjuna Kharge has appointed Bellaiah Naik, who is chairman of the Scheduled Tribes Cooperative Finance Development Corporation, as the AICC observer of the Meghalaya and Advisor to Government (Protocol and Public Relations) Harkara Venugopala Rao as the AICC observer of Manipur State as part of the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan in the following states for the selection of DCC presidents with immediate effect.
