Hyderabad: Bhuma Jagath Vikyath Reddy, the younger brother of former AP Minister Akhila Priya, said that his sister is a fighter and will come out clean. Interacting with the media, he noted, "The police are intimidating our family members.
They stayed in our house till 4 am and did not even provide medical facilities to my sister. On humanitarian grounds also, police are not allowing her to visit doctors. She is bleeding from nose and has suffered seizures four times."
He further added, "The Hafeezpet land belongs to our family and we have all the proper land documents to prove that it is our land. After the death of our father, my sister has been fighting for the lands from the encroachers but as part of a larger conspiracy she has been framed. My sister is a fighter and will emerge unscathed in this false case."
