Maganti Gopinath, a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), has passed away after suffering a heart attack on 5th November. Family members rushed him to AIG Hospital in Gachibowli, where he tragically succumbed at 5:45 am on Sunday while undergoing treatment.

Gopinath began his political career with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), winning his first MLA seat in 2014. He later joined the BRS in 2018, successfully securing a victory in the elections that same year. His political prowess continued as he won consecutive elections in 2023, marking a significant achievement of serving as an MLA three times in a row.
