Case filed against restaurant in Hyderabad for levying service charge

Three cases were registered against Dirty Martini Restro Cafe Bar situated on road no.36, Jubilee Hills by the Legal Metrology Department officials for levying service charge on the customers and short supply.
The officials who visited the bar noticed that the management was collecting service charges of 10 per cent and also serving 25 per cent less liquor on every order.
The customers who orders 60 ml of liquor were served only 45 ml while the billing was made for 60 ml.
