Central observer visits Hyd Commissionerate

Hyderabad: Special Central Observer from Election Commission of India and former BSF Deputy General K K Sharma visited Hyderabad Police Commissionerate on Saturday. He was welcomed by City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, who explained about the police arrangements for the ensuing Lok Sabha Election.

The Election Observer was also shown the progress made by the city police in the field of Citizen Friendly Policing and role of IT initiative. The Commissioner also shared details on reduction of crime in certain fields and also about various citizen friendly initiatives, She Teams and other initiatives.

The observer interacted with each and every vertical of Hyderabad city police including traffic, law and order, crimes, city security wing, city armed reserve headquarters.
