City top cop conducts orientation training to school managements
City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar said the Police department would conduct orientation training for school managements in view of safety of students.
Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar said the Police department would conduct orientation training for school managements in view of safety of students.
The Commissioner issued an advisory to schools regarding safety of students on Sunday. The CP asked the managements to conduct police verification of staff before appointing them to buses.
He also suggested that they appoint preferably qualified female attendants.
Each school should designate one Transport Manager or Coordinator who will ensure the safety of school children.
The provision shall also be made by the school authorities to ensure that at least one teacher is available in each school bus, to keep the students safe and also make sure that no outsider is allowed to board school bus.
Medical check-up regarding the physical fitness of the driver including the eye testing should be carried out every year without fail.
