Coronavirus Vaccine dry run in Telangana: Dry run for the Covid-19 vaccine will be held in seven places in Telangana on Saturday to test the planning and implementation and fix any gaps in the system. This dry run will take place at four sites -- UPHC- Tilaknagar, Area Hospital- Nampally, Gandhi hospital as well as Yashoda hospital (private hospital) in Hyderabad district and another three in Mahbubnagar (PHC- Janampet, GGH- Mahbubnagar and Neha Shine hospital (private hospital).

Dry run is a sort of mock exercise as is done before the date of polling.

Initially, the vaccine would be given to over 2.5 lakh frontline health staff working in government and private healthcare facilities in the state.
