A massive fire broke out in Alwal Branch State Bank of India on Friday morning hours.
A massive fire broke out in Alwal Branch State Bank of India on Friday morning hours.
According to Bank officials, when the security person noticed the fire broke out he immediately alerted the bank officials and fire control room.
Two fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the fire battling for more than half an hour. The officials are suspecting short circuit behind the mishap. Bank records, computers and furniture are said to have partially damaged.
They are yet to ascertain the loss incurred. An investigation is underway.
