The Malkajgiri police on Friday arrested four persons and one juvenile conflict with law for allegedly carrying out a murder due to grudges and seized two vehicles which were used for the commission of offence.

Hyderabad: The Malkajgiri police on Friday arrested four persons and one juvenile conflict with law for allegedly carrying out a murder due to grudges and seized two vehicles which were used for the commission of offence.

The accused persons were identified as Casper Tej Emandi (34), Mohammed Islam (19), P Babu (22), Mohammed Irfan (20) and one boy juvenile conflict with law.

According to the police, on Wednesday complainant Nazreena Rao (52) lodged a complaint stating that on Wednesday morning when she did not find her son Joshua Rohit Samuel (28) in home, she called him over phone and found out that her son was killed some unknown person near Moula Ali railway station.

She immediately rushed to spot to learn that some unknown assailants brought her son to that place and killed him by hitting on his head with boulders.

Police said, about 8 months back, Joshua invited Casper to a party at his house. In the same party Casper was slapped by Joshua for insulting his friend.

On this, Casper developed grudges and informed the same to Islam and P Babu and planned to kill Joshua.

Later, as per their plan, on wee hours of Wednesday Casper made a call to Joshua and invited him to join their liquor party. They all went to an isolated place near Moula Ali railway station.

While consuming alcohol, they started a quarrel and broke a bottle on Joshua's head due to which he received blunt injury on his forehead.

Boy juvenile conflict with law hit Joshua with a boulder on his head due to which sustained serious head injury. Due to heavy blood loss Joshua died on the spot.
