The State government has decided to call for tenders for operation and maintenance of 108 emergency services in the State.
Hyderabad: The State government has decided to call for tenders for operation and maintenance of 108 emergency services in the State.
Also, a ten-member committee was formed with Commissioner, Health and Family Welfare as the Chairperson to oversee the tenders process, finalisation and transition of services.
The committee has been given three months to complete the whole process.
The Health Commissioner was given permission to extend the present MoU between government and GVK EMRI until the finalisation of the new service provider to take over 108 services.
