Harish Rao holds talk with finance commission

They appealed to Singh to enhance the loan limit and percentage of funds to the state. Harish Rao also asked to release funds to provide basic needs to the people and also for the maintenance of the Kaleshwaram project and Mission Bhagiratha scheme.
It is learned that Rao has asked to release Rs 19 crore for Mission Bhagiratha and also handed over the letter to Nanda Kishore Singh that was written by the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
Later speaking to the media, Harish Rao said that they have put forward the demands before the commission which include the release of Rs 42 crore funds to the state in the next five years. He also said that they have received a positive response from NK Singh.
