Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) elections began at 10 am today. Polling will be held till 2 pm and the results will be declared at 5 pm. Three panels representing byAzharuddin, Prakash chand jain and Dileep Kumar are contesting in the elections and Azharuddin is contesting as hot favourite for the post of President. A total of 230 members are going to exercise their franchise including VVS Laxman, Shivlal Yadav, Venkatapathi Raju, Arshad Ayub, Noel David, Rajani Venugopal, Purnima Rao and Dayana David. Former president of HCA, G Vivek is supporting the Prakash chand jain panel.
