Two people were killed and two others injured after the Tata Ace vehicle rammed into mob while taking out a procession of Ursu festival at Secunderabad on Friday.
It is learned that the driver of the vehicle got down and joined the celebration at Warasiguda while a minor boy drove the vehicle into the mob.
The police registered a case and shifted the injured to a hospital. An investigation is underway.
