Both Commissionerate collaborated with placement agencies to organize job melas in different zones under their limits.

Speaking to THI, Anjani Kumar, City Police Commissioner said, "The social responsibility of the city police made us connect the unemployed with companies. It gives us immense satisfaction to see these young become self-reliant. One should never lose hope and there is no shortcut for hard work."
In 2019, Rachakonda Commissionerate conducted two job melas. 24 companies selected 600 youth.
Speaking to THI, Mahesh Bhagwat, Rachakonda Police commissioner said, "The younger generations prefer Government jobs. This is one of the reasons why many of them face unemployment. My suggestion to the youngsters is to apply for private jobs and simultaneously if they are interested, they can apply for government jobs as well."
