Hyderabad: Deworming Day observed in Musheerabad
On the occasion of National Deworming Day, Albendazole tablets were administered to children aged one to nineteen years to eradicate the prevalence of parasitic intestinal worms among children at government schools, Anganwadi centres and government hospitals of the constituency on Monday.

Musheerabad MLA Muta Gopal administered the tablets to children at various venues in the constituency. Speaking to the media, the MLA said that the state government had supplied Albendazole tablets to government schools, junior colleges, Anganwadi centers and government hospitals.
He said that the tablets have no side effects and urged parents to avail of the opportunity for their children's better health.
Dr Krishna Mohan, Dr Anil Kumar, medical staff Bhagya Lakshni, Anuradha, Prameela, Vijaya Kumari and others were present on the occasion.
