Hyderabad: Government whip in Council Karne Prabhakar on Sunday alleged that injustice was done to Telugu States in the budget presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
Addressing a press conference here, Karne Prabhakar said that there was nothing for the two Telugu States in the budget presented by 'daughter in law of Telugu people'.
He alleged that the Centre adopted double standards only favouring the BJP-ruled States and ignoring the non-BJP ruled states.
He criticised the Centre for ignoring Telangana state which was progressing. How the BJP leaders will support the policy of Centre to support Karnataka but not Telangana, he asked.
